Materials
- Fittings : Stainless steel throughout. Unique purpose designed buckles for strength and easy adjustment.
- Strapping
: Zilco sealed strapping: a core of strong web sealed within a modern
polymer to give the handling qualities of leather but easily cleaned
and has enormous strength.
- Linings : Synthetic leather over a padded core.
- Saddle tree
: Unique Zilco Elastomeric flexible tree which will conform to the
shape of most breeds and types, whilst giving good spine clearance.
- Reins : Hand parts have rubber weave web for easy all weather handling.

Maintenance :
Wipe clean, hose down. Hang to dry. Much easier than leather to maintain.
