Materials

- Fittings : Stainless steel throughout. Unique purpose designed buckles for strength and easy adjustment.
- Strapping : Zilco sealed strapping: a core of strong web sealed within a modern polymer to give the handling qualities of leather but easily cleaned and has enormous strength.
- Linings : Synthetic leather over a padded core.
- Saddle tree : Unique Zilco Elastomeric flexible tree which will conform to the shape of most breeds and types, whilst giving good spine clearance.
- Reins : Hand parts have rubber weave web for easy all weather handling.

Design features :

-Lightweight yet extremely sturdy

-Moveable padding on saddle. Can be positioned to suit different conformation. Saddle lining has air-flow channels.

-Independent hanging noseband with adjustment both sides. (Flash strap included on pony, cob and full size only). -

Rubber weave rein grip on hand section of reins.

-Dual dee and slot on trace ending, for a versatile fit to most carriage types.

-Classic is supplied in a black harness bag with red trim

Safety and Convenience :

-Quick release tugs/shaft loops on pony, cob and full (standard shaft loops on small shetland and shetland).

-Breastplate lining can be removed for cleaning

-All parts adjustable from both sides of horse

Maintenance :

Wipe clean, hose down. Hang to dry. Much easier than leather to maintain.
