2.2 These prices are given without transport charge, packaging and customs clearance.

2.3 Quadrije Equitation can modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the price list at the time of the recording orders, subject to availability of the product at this date.

2.4 All the orders must be paid in Euros, whatever their origin.

ARTICLE 3 : ORDER

3.1 Online order : The Customer is regarded as to have placed order and to have accepted without reserve the present general conditions of sale at the minute he clicks on the button “Confirm order now” when he places an order via the web site. Information on all the obligatory fields is one conditions of recording and validation of the order.

The order is recorded when you access to the screen confirmation and will be finally accepted only after validation by Quadrije Equitation sending a mail of acceptation of the order.

3.2 Other orders: The Customers can also place their order by phone, fax or letter (Use  paper order form).

At the time of the order, the Customer is supposed to have accepted the general conditions of sale.

Any order placed by phone, fax or letter must have the following information: date, name of article/reference/quantity of product(s) ordered, delivery address, invoice address (If different from the delivery address) and an email address if possible in order to send both confirmation and expedition information of the order. Without this information, the order cannot be accepted by Quadrije.

3.3 Quadrije Equitation will not be accept the order of a Customer  with whom there is a dispute. Quadrije Equitation can also suspend any order or delivery in the event of non-payment by the Customer at the due date.

3.4 Quadrije Equitation accepts the orders within the limit of stocks available and informs of the product availability on the web site, on the description page of each product.

3.5 Any order holds worth acceptance of the prices and the description of products available on the web site. Any dispute on this point will be resolved by a possible exchange or guarantees mentioned below.

ARTICLE 4 : PAYMENT

4.1 You can make pay on line, by phone or fax; either by crédit card, cheque, or credit transfer (Swift).

4.2 In the event of payment by cheque, the cheque is put into the bank and cashed at reception. In the event of credit transfer, at the reception date of your banking number by Quadrije Equitation of your banking number.

The invoices are payable without discount. The orders will be treated when the sum is credited on the account of Quadrije Equitation, whatever the mode of payement.

In the event of non-payment of whole or part of the sum due settlement date indicated on the invoice, Quadrije Equitation  automatically requires the payment of interest equivalent to 1,5 times the legal rate of interest, in accordance with article L 441-6 of commercial law. In addition, a penalty of 15% of the unpaid sums will be due to Quadrije Equitation, without damage for Quadrije.

Non-payment would involve, integral and immediate current liability of all the sums due and the suspension of the deliveries of all orders in progress.

ARTICLE 5 : Delivery and availability

5.1 Delivery: we use the mail service or the fast transport.

The average delivery time for the products in stock is one week and corresponds to the time of treatment and delivery. 

The delivery time varies according to the destination and does not include the public holidays and the weekends.

5.2 Delivery cost is calculated automatically and appears on the order form according to the total weight of your order and the country of destination.

For delivery out of European Union, a few taxes (local VAT, customs or importation fees) may be invoiced at the arrival of the parcel and will be paid by the customer.

5.3 Our products are proposed within the limit of stocks available. If the products are not stored in our shop, our offers are valid subject to availability at our suppliers.

5.4 For these products, the indications on the availability are provided to you at the moment of you make your order. This information coming straight from our suppliers, exceptional errors or modifications are beyond our control and cannot involve our responsibility.

5.5 Delivery cost is free from an amount from a 800€ order.

ARTICLE 6- SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

In accordance with the current French law, you have a 7 days rignt to cancel period to request the exchange or the refunding of your purchase at our customer service: contact@quadrije.com.

Refunding will be made on your  quadrije.com account, then, you can ask for transfer.

ARTICLE 7 – RESPONSIBILITY

Our products conform to the current French law and French standards. The photographs, texts, graphic information and characteristics reproducing and illustrating the products are not contractual. Consequently, the responsibility of Quadrije Equitation could not be committed in the event of error or omission in one of these photographs, texts or graphic information or characteristics of the products or in the event of modification of product characteristics by the suppliers. Of course for any question about the products you can contact our customer services. Quadrije Equitation cannot not be held responsible if the contract was not be concluded because of unavailability, out-of-stock condition of the product, cause beyond control, disturbance, partial or all-out strike in particular of the mail service and means of transport and/or communications, flood, fire. In any event, any delay of delivery cannot give place to damages, reserve or cancellation of the order in progress. Hypertext bonds can return towards other sites than the site quadrije.com denies any responsibility if the contents of these sites contravened the legal and lawful provisions.

ARTICLE 8 - NAME INFORMATION

Quadrije Equitation is committed not to reveal to a third information that you communicate to us. being confidential. It will only be used by its internal services for the treatment of your order to reinforce and personalie communication and announce special offer reserved to the customers of Quadrije Equitation. This article cannot prevent the sell or activity transfer to a third party. Consequently, in accordance with the data-protection act of January 6, 1978, you have a right of access, correction and opposition to the personal data concerning you. In order to do so, you only have to ask us on line, indicating your name, first name, address and if possible your  customer reference number. 

ARTICLE 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the texts, comments, books, illustrations and pictures reproduced on the sites published by Quadrije Equitation are reserved for copyrights and royalties in the whole world. For this reason and in accordance with the provisions of the Code of the  Intellectual Property Code, we can authorise  a private use only, subject to even more restrictive regulations. Any other use is equivalent to counterfeit and will be punished by law unless autorised by Quadrije Equitation. Any reproduction, wathever total or partial, of the sites, catalogues and leaflets published by Quadrije Equitation is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 10 APPLICABLE DUTY AND JURISDICTIONAL COMPETENCE

All clauses appearing in these Conditions, as well as all the sale operations of sale which are involved here, will be subjected to French law. All litigation rising from these sale operations of sale, concerning by these Conditions, will be subjected to the Commercial court of Lyon, which is expressly accepted by the customer.

Quadrije Equitation reserves the rignt to instigate legal proceeding against clients before our local court.
